Does a Nursing Home Abuse Attorney handle assisted living facility abuse and neglect cases?

At Rosen & Spears, we do. However, assisted living facilities (ALF’s) have different regulations than nursing homes, and the standard of care they are asked to observe is often less stringent than that of a nursing home. Many times the care an ALF is supposed to provide is determined by the contract signed at the time of admission. These different standards may affect whether an attorney is able to assist with a situation.
